Since my original "I have a Duct Tape Wallet" post, I've been fine tuning my wallet for a cleaner look. My first duct tape wallet was about a year old, and was doing just fine. The only reason I replaced it was that I wanted to try a different designing. While I was at it, I wrote up some proper directions of my own.

If you want to make your own, I've got detailed directions here. It's a lot easier than it sounds!

My directions are listed here in a few different formats. If you print the PDF at 100% scale, you'll get 3 pages of actual size templates. You can use them to measure your wallet parts if you don't have a ruler handy. (Or print out a ruler!)

Oh, did I mention that duct tape was used on a recent International Space Station (ISS) repair mission, when a dehumidifyer failed? There's a reason NASA requires a roll of duct tape on every shuttle mission!
